• Sex life withered away with childbirth (15.7 %)
• Too tired from work (15.7 %)
• Hobbies are more enjoyable (9.6 %)
• No bedroom where privacy can be guaranteed (8.7 %)

Sexless women, meanwhile, had the following reasons:

• Sex is a nuisance (17.2 %)
• Hobbies are more enjoyable (16.4 %)
• Sex life withered away with childbirth (11.9 %)
• Regard partner as a relative rather than a lover (9.7 %)
• Frustration at partner's lack of consideration during sex (7.5 %).

It's a real shame that the main reason for lacking a sex life for both men and women was that "sex is a nuisance."

It is a shame indeed! Odd how a nation renowned for its diabolical sex practices is also the nation whose citizens can't be bothered to actually ever get it on.
